David Witherspoon

Mr. Witherspoon is a financial consulting executive with more than 20 years of experience in business valuation, litigation support, and complex financial analysis. He is the Founder and Managing Member of The Witherspoon Group, where he advises clients on high-stakes matters involving financial reporting, transactions, value consulting, and data analytics.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy from the Kogod School of Business at American University. His background combines rigorous quantitative training with practical experience across a wide range of financial and legal contexts.

Mr. Witherspoon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Argus Enterprises, providing oversight and strategic guidance. He has also held senior nonprofit leadership roles, including service on the Executive Committee and as Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer for The Lyric in Baltimore, Maryland.
