Leonard Chapman

Leonard is an operations and systems leader with decades of experience across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and large-scale enterprise deployments. His career spans the design, production, and integration of mission-critical systems in some of the world’s most regulated and technically demanding environments.

He previously worked at Pratt & Whitney managing Russian rocket component design and integration while streamlining end-to-end business processes for the Space Division. Leonard also served as a Space Shuttle Systems Engineer at NASA, supporting flight-critical programs and complex ground systems.

Leonard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA in International Business. He is also a qualified U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Operator and Senior Officer Instructor, bringing disciplined execution, systems thinking, and operational rigor to Argus’s platform delivery and company operations.
