Noel Gonzalez

Noel Gonzalez is a technology executive and former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine Commanding Officer with deep expertise in national security, advanced systems, and enterprise software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of Maryland, along with executive education from Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

During his Navy career, Noel served in senior operational and strategic roles across U.S. Special Operations Command and U.S. Sixth Fleet, leading high-consequence missions and multinational engagements. He later commanded USS Cheyenne (SSN-773), earning top fleet performance and retention awards during deployment.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Argus Enterprises and SkillMil, Noel leads the development of secure, compliance-driven platforms for regulated and mission-critical industries. His background uniquely blends military command, software engineering, and business leadership to deliver systems that enable trusted operations, workforce modernization, and digital resilience.
